Structural and engineering epoxy adhesives used in automotive body assembly, EV battery pack bonding, and industrial manufacturing. Filled in 1:1 and 2:1 ratio cartridges.

MMA — Methyl Methacrylate Adhesives

High-performance fast-cure structural adhesives widely used in automotive panels, composites, and metal bonding. Filled in side-by-side dual cartridges.

Polyurethane (PU) Adhesives & Sealants

Flexible bonding and sealing for automotive windshield bonding, body sealing, and EV enclosure assembly. Available in 1K and 2K cartridge formats.

Thermal Interface Materials (TIM)

Specialist filling for heat-dissipation adhesives used in EV battery thermal management systems and electronics manufacturing. Requires controlled handling due to high filler loading.

How the Drum to Cartridge Filling Process Works

Step 1 — Send Us Your Drums

Ship or deliver your adhesive drums to our facility in Chakan MIDC, Pune. We accept drums from all major adhesive brands. Your material is logged, stored in temperature-controlled conditions, and processed under full confidentiality.

Step 2 — We Fill Into Your Chosen Cartridge Size

We fill your adhesive into 25ml, 50ml, 200ml, or 400ml dual cartridges at the correct mixing ratio — 1:1, 2:1, 4:1, 10:1, or any other standard ratio. Each cartridge is filled void-free to ensure consistent dispensing on your assembly line.

Step 3 — Quality Check & Labelling

Every cartridge is weighed and checked for fill accuracy. We then label and pack them to your specifications — ready for your assembly line or for retail shelf if needed.

Step 4 — Delivered Back to You Within 1 Week

Filled cartridges are dispatched back to you within 1 week of receiving your drums. We handle both small pilot batches and high-volume production runs with the same turnaround commitment.
