Precision Solvent Filling Services for Industrial Chemicals

Our solvent filling services are built for industrial chemicals that are otherwise difficult to handle and require specialised equipment and expertise volatile cleaners, moisture-sensitive primers, solvent-based activators, and adhesion promoters.

At 1K2K’s dedicated facility in Chakan, Pune, we fill your bulk solvent into finished, market-ready aluminium or glass bottles under a nitrogen-purged, humidity-controlled environment that protects formulation integrity from the moment filling begins to the moment your customer opens the bottle.

Why Solvent Products Demand a Specialist Filler?

Most general packaging companies are not equipped for solvents. Flash point management, moisture exclusion, and the handling of Class A and Class B flammable liquids require purpose-built infrastructure not a retrofitted production line. 1K2K was designed from the ground up to handle chemically demanding products.
Our in-house engineering team controls every variable that matters: fill environment humidity, nitrogen blanket pressure, seal integrity, and temperature at the point of fill. The result is a finished product that arrives at your customer with the same specification it left your bulk drum.

What We Fill

Our solvent filling services cover a broad range of industrial chemical products:

Solvent-based Cleaners

Surface preparation and degreasing products for automotive, electronics, and construction applications.

Black Glass Primers

Moisture-sensitive adhesion promoters for automotive glass bonding, filled under strict humidity control.

Bonding Activators

Solvent-based activators for structural adhesives requiring a primed surface before application.

Surface Preparation Primers

Single-component solvent primers for metal, plastic, and concrete substrates.

If your product is solvent-based and not on this list, contact us. Most single-component solvent systems are within our capability.

Packaging Options and Components

All packaging components are supplied by 1K2K as part of a fully turnkey solvent filling service. You supply the bulk chemistry. We handle everything else.

  • Aluminium Bottles (10 ml to 1 Litre)
Aluminium provides the highest barrier protection for light-sensitive and highly volatile solvents. We stock a range of standard sizes and can source custom formats on request.
  • Agitation Media – Mixing Balls
Certain pigmented or filled primers settle during storage and must be re-suspended before use. We pre-insert stainless steel or glass mixing balls so your end user simply shakes and applies – no separate preparation step required.
  • Custom Labelling and Secondary Packaging
Full-colour, chemical-resistant labels printed to your specification, including regulatory GHS/CLP hazard pictograms where required. Professional secondary box packaging for shelf display or industrial dispatch.

The 1K2K Solvent Filling Advantage

Nitrogen-Purged, Moisture-Controlled Environment

Our filling bay operates under continuous nitrogen blanket. This is the critical requirement for black glass primers and any moisture-cure or moisture-sensitive solvent system. Atmospheric exposure during filling is the single most common cause of shelf-life failure in this product category we eliminate it entirely.

1-Week Turnaround from Bulk Receipt to Dispatch

From the day your bulk solvent arrives at our Chakan facility to the day finished, labelled, boxed bottles leave our dock – seven working days. No queue, no minimum production run waiting, no three-month lead time from an overseas supplier.

In-House Machine
Design

Our filling equipment is designed and built by our own engineering team specifically for solvent-class products. Pump materials, seal compounds, and flow paths are selected for chemical compatibility with your specific solvent not a generic machine adapted from a water-based filling line.

Full Regulatory Documentation

Every batch is accompanied by a fill record including batch number, fill weight per unit, fill environment conditions, and operator sign-off. GHS-compliant labelling support is available on request.

Industries We Serve

Our solvent filling services support manufacturers and distributors across:

Automotive

Glass bonding primers, surface activators, brake and parts cleaners.

Construction

Concrete and masonry primers, sealant surface preparations.

Electronics

Contact cleaners, flux removers, conformal coating thinners.

Aerospace MRO

Surface treatment chemicals and cleaning solvents.

Adhesive and Sealant manufacturers

Private label and toll-filling of solvent-based product lines.

Start With a Trial Batch

If you are currently importing finished solvent products into India or managing in-house filling with equipment not designed for this chemistry, we can demonstrate a faster, cleaner, and more cost-effective alternative in under two weeks.

Send us your product TDS and target packaging format. We will confirm compatibility, propose a trial batch scope, and have finished samples in your hands within 14 days.

Frequently Asked Questions

Our solvent filling services cover volatile industrial cleaners, moisture-sensitive primers, bonding activators, and surface preparation products. We are equipped for products with flash points down to Class A (below 23°C) with appropriate controls. If you have a specific formulation, share your TDS and we will assess compatibility within 48 hours.
We do not impose a fixed minimum. We have filled orders from 200 units to 10,000 units on the same line. For first-time customers, we recommend a trial batch of 500–1,000 units to validate fill weight, seal integrity, and label placement before scaling.
Both options are available. We maintain stock of standard bottle formats and can procure custom sizes. Customers who already have approved primary packaging can supply their own bottles — we fill, label, and box them.
Our filling bay runs under a continuous nitrogen purge. Bulk drums are opened, transferred, and sealed entirely within this environment. No atmospheric exposure occurs at any stage of the fill process.
Yes. We support full GHS pictogram and signal word integration into your label artwork. Regulatory label review support is available for customers entering the Indian market who need labels compliant with Indian Chemicals (Management and Safety) Rules.
Our facility is at Chakan MIDC, Pune, Maharashtra — 25 km from Pune International Airport. Standard lead time from bulk receipt to finished goods dispatch is 5–7 working days.
