Silicone Sealants

Acetoxy-cure, neutral-cure, and specialty silicone sealants filled into 300ml cartridges. Suitable for construction, glazing, automotive, and industrial sealing applications. Our filling line is optimised for silicone’s high viscosity and moisture sensitivity.

Polyurethane (PU) Sealants

One-component moisture-cure polyurethane sealants filled into 300ml cartridges. Used widely in construction joints, automotive body sealing, and industrial applications. Filled under controlled humidity conditions to prevent premature cure.

MS Polymer Sealants

Modified silicone (MS polymer) sealants – the fastest-growing sealant chemistry in India – filled into 300ml cartridges. MS polymers offer the flexibility of silicone with the paintability of polyurethane, making them increasingly preferred by construction and automotive manufacturers.

UV-Cure Adhesives

Light-cure and UV-curable adhesives filled into 55cc syringes for electronics manufacturing, optical bonding, medical device assembly, and LED applications. UV adhesives require light-protected handling throughout the filling process – a capability 1K2K has built into its facility.

  • 55cc & 30cc Syringes –
    The standard format for UV-cure and precision adhesives in electronics and optical applications. Compatible with all standard dispensing equipment. Light-opaque syringe options available for UV-sensitive materials.

How the Drum to Cartridge Filling Process Works

Step 1 - Send Us Your Material

Deliver your sealant in drums, pails, or bulk containers to our Chakan MIDC facility in Pune. All incoming materials are logged, tested for viscosity and basic quality parameters, and stored in appropriate conditions – temperature-controlled for PU and humidity-controlled for moisture-cure sealants.

Step 2 - Filling

Your sealant is filled into 300ml cartridges or 55cc syringes using calibrated filling equipment. Each cartridge is filled to the specified weight with fill weight tolerance checked on every batch. UV adhesives are handled under light-protected conditions throughout.

Step 3 - Sealing & Quality Check

Cartridges are sealed with foil membrane or nozzle cap as per your specification. Each batch is sampled and checked for fill weight, seal integrity, and visual quality before release.

Step 4 - Labelling & Packaging

Cartridges are labelled to your specifications – your brand, your product name, your batch code. Secondary packaging in cartons or trays as required. Dispatch within agreed lead time.
